Before you call.
Do you only work on gyms?
No. We deliver complete commercial flooring and floor preparation packages across warehouses, offices, retail and hospitality. Gyms are the specialty because they combine the hardest requirements in the industry, and that experience carries into every commercial project we take on.
Can you get involved before installation?
Yes, and it is where we add the most value. We can assist with floor preparation requirements, product selection, acoustic considerations, build-ups, transitions, moisture management and installation methodology, so what has been designed or specified can actually be delivered on site.
What if the specified product is not the right one?
It happens regularly. Products can be unavailable in Australia, carry unrealistic minimum order quantities, be unsuited to the intended use, or create floor height problems. We review the specification against the real requirements and put practical alternatives in front of you rather than just flagging a problem.
Can you work around our opening hours?
Yes. Most of our gym and commercial work is staged so the facility keeps trading, including night and weekend shifts. We also take on same day and emergency repairs.
Do you supply and install gym equipment as well as flooring?
Yes. We can coordinate the complete gym package including equipment supply, installation, anchoring, relocation, refurbishments and ongoing maintenance.
How far do you travel?
We are based in Melbourne and work across Victoria and interstate for larger commercial and gym projects. Tell us where the site is and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
Do you charge for quotes?
No. Site assessment and quoting are free, and you deal directly with the owner from the first call through to completion.
