Gym equipment and facility maintenance
Equipment wears, floors take a hammering and small faults become closures. We service the room after handover, on a schedule or when something breaks.
Request a quoteHandover is not the end of the job
A gym runs seven days a week and everything in it is being used by people who did not install it. Cables stretch, bearings dry out, belts drift, bolts loosen, rubber lifts at the seams and platforms move. None of that is dramatic on day one. All of it becomes a member complaint, a warranty argument or an injury report if nobody is looking at it. We stay across the room after handover so the small things stay small.
What scheduled maintenance covers
Cardio servicing including belts, decks, drives, bearings and consoles. Strength equipment inspection covering cables, pulleys, guide rods, weight stacks, fasteners and upholstery. Rig and rack inspection for structural fixings, pins, J cups and safeties. Flooring inspection for seam lift, joint wear, platform movement and damaged tiles. Every visit ends with a written report and photographs, so you have a record and a clear list of what needs replacing next.
Reactive callouts and part replacement
When something fails you want it back in service, not fenced off with a sign on it. We diagnose, source the part and fit it, including cables, upholstery, bearings, belts, decks, guide rods, grips and flooring sections. Because we are independent we are not restricted to one manufacturer's parts list, so an obsolete machine usually has an answer rather than a quote to replace it.
Relocations, reconfigurations and second hand equipment
Facilities change. Zones get moved, gear gets replaced, sites get fitted out from a mix of new and existing equipment. We disassemble, move, reassemble, level and commission equipment, and we assess and recondition second hand gear before it goes on a floor. Where a machine needs to sit level over a resilient floor, that is a flooring problem as much as an equipment problem, which is exactly the overlap we work in.
One contractor who already knows the room
Most maintenance problems in a gym sit on the line between the equipment and the floor. A machine that will not stay level, a platform that has started to move, seams lifting where the traffic concentrates. Split across a flooring contractor and a service technician, those turn into two site visits and an argument about whose problem it is. We cover both, so there is one call to make and one person accountable for the answer.
